Abstract: INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO OBTAIN A FISHING PERMIT FOR BOTTOMFISHING IN THE FISHERY CONSERVATION ZONE OF THE NORTHWESTERN HAWAIIAN ISLANDS. PERMIT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO ASSIST IN ENFORCEMENT, MONITORING OF CATCH, RESEARCH, AND RELATED USES.
