Abstract: GROUP QUARTERS ENUMERATION IS A SPECIALIZED PROCEDURE BEING IMPLEMENTED TO COLLECT CENSUS DATA FOR OCCUPANTS OF GROUP QUARTERS WHO WOULD BE OTHERWISE MISSED DURING GENERAL POPULATION CENSUS. THESE PROCEDURES ARE DESIGNED TO ALLOW FOR THE ENUMERATION OF LARGE NUMBERS OF RESIDENTS WITHIN A RELATIVELY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
