Abstract: THIS INFORMATI COLLECTION IS TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE FOR HOUSEHOLD GOODS MOVING FROM THE GYPSY MOTH INFESTED AREA THAT THEY HAVE BEEN INSPECTED AND FOUND FREE OF GYPSY MOTHS OR THAT THEY HAVE BEEN TREATED TO ELIMINATE GYPSY MOTH. AFFECTED PUBLIC ARE INDIVIDUALS MOVING FROM THE NORTHEASTERN UNITED STATES TO NONINFESTED AREAS.
