Abstract: OFFICIALS OF EACH LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL UNIT AND AMERICAN INDIAN RESERVATION WILL BE MAILED FORM D-71 TO PROVI THEM AN OPPORTUNITY TO DESIGNATE A LIAISON TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL REVIEW PROGRAM. THE DESIGNATED LIAISON WILL RECEIVE PERTINENT MATERIA AND ATTEND TRAINING WORKSHOPS CONDUCTED BY THE CENSUS BUREAU.
