Abstract: USDA NEEDS INFORMATION FROM THIS SURVEY TO INFORM THE SECRETARY AND CONGRESS ON THE WATER QUALITY BENEFITS ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE EXPERIMENTAL RURAL CLEAN WATER PROGRAM. THE INFORMATION IS USED BY ERS FOR USE IN EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PROGRAM. INDIVIDUALS WHO ENGAGE IN WATER BASED RECREATION ARE THE RESPONDENTS.
