Abstract: THE INFORMATION WILL PROVIDE NATIONALLY REPRESENTATIVE DATA ON THE SERVICES PROVIDED TO STUDENTS BY SCHOOLS FUNDED UNDER CHAPTER 1 OF ECIA. IT WILL BE USED TO PREPARE A CONGRESSIONALLY MANDATED REPORT IN THE 1987 REAUTHORIZATION HEARINGS ON ECIA. THE DATA WILL BE COLLECTED FROM SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND OTHER PERSONNEL.
