Abstract: NEED: TO TEST AN ALTERNATE METHOD OF CENSUS EVALUATION IN CASE THE POS ENUMERATION SURVEY PROVES TO BE TOO OPERATIONALLY DIFFICULT. USE: TO TEST WHETHER A PRE ENUMERATION SURVEY (PRES) IS A VIABLE MEANS OF EVALUATING A CENSUS. AFFECTED: 70-90 LOS ANGELES BLOCKS CONTAINING ABOUT 4,500 HOUSEHOLDS.
