Abstract: THE A985 POST ENUMERATION SURVEY (PE CONSISTS OF A SAMPLE OF BLOCKS THAT WILL BE COMPLETELY LISTED AND MATCHED TO THE 1985 CENSUS OF TAMPA, FLORIDA. THE PERSONS LISTED IN T PES WHO DO NOT MATCH TO THE CENSUS WILL ESTIMATE CENSUS OMISSIONS, AND CENSUS PERSONS NOT IN THE PES WILL ESTIMATE ERRONEOUS ENUMERATIONS. THE DIFFERENCE IS THE ESTIMATE OF NET UNDERCOUNT.
