Abstract: ATF F 3065 DESCRIBES THE RECEIPT, MANUFACTURE AND DISPOSITION OF ALL LARGE CIGARS BY THE TOBACCO PRODUCTS MANUFACTURER. ATF USES THE RECOR TO VERIFY THE TAX LIABILITY AS REPORTED BY THE TOBACCO PRODUCTS MANUFACTURER AND TO ENSURE THAT THE COLLECTION OF REVENUE IS ADEQUATEL PROTECTED.
