Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL EVALUATE THE SIZE AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POPULATION AFFECTED BY JOB DISPLACEMENT AND HENCE THE NEES AND SCOPE OF THE JOB TRAINING PARTNERSHIP ACT PROGRAMS. IN ADDITION, THESE DATA WILL ASSESS THE EXTENT OF ECONOMIC RECOVERY IN THE "DECLINING" INDUSTRIES.
