Abstract: FORM WILL BE USED TO COLLECT JOB-RELEVANT INFORMATION TO EVALUATE SUITABILITY OF ALL CANDIDATES FOR BANK EXAMINER POSITIONS. THE CONSULTING FIRMS OF BRECKER AND MERRYMAN, INC., AND THE EDUCATIONAL TESTING SERVICE DEVELOPED THIS FORM TO IMPROVE OUR ABILITY TO EFFECTIVELY MATCH CANDIDATES WITH ACTUAL JOB REQUIREMENTS.
