THE HOMEWORKER HANDBOOKS PROVIDE INFORMATION ON HOURS WORKED AND WAGES PAID TO HOMEWORKERS COVERED BY THE FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT. THE HANDBOOKS ARE USED TO HELP INSURE THAT SUCH WORKERS RECEIVE THE MINIMU AND OVERTIME WAGES TO WHICH THEY ARE ENTITLED. THE NEW WH-75A COVERS HOMEWORKERS IN THE KNITTED OUTERWEAR INDUSTRY ONLY.
