THE REPORTS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED ON EITHER A ONE-TIME BASIS, OR SEMI-ANNUALLY, IF THERE ARE INDICATIONS OF EXCESS EMISSIONS. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE WHAT FACILITIES ARE SUBJECT TO THE STANDARD, AND THEIR COMPLIANCE STATUS.
