Abstract: THE CENSUS BUREAU IS CONCERNED ABOUT LOWER THAN EXPECTED RESPONSES RAT FOR THE 1985 CENSUS TESTS BEING CONDUCTED IN TAMPA, FLORIDA, AND JERSE CITY, NEW JERSEY. A SAMPLE OF NON-RESPONSE HOUSEHOLDS WILL BE ASKED THE QUESTIONS ON THIS FORM AT THE CONCLUSION OF A NON-RESPONSE INTERVIEW TO EVALUATE WHY THE HOUSEHOLD DID NOT RETURN A TEST CENSUS QUESTIONNAIRE.
