Abstract: THE INFORMATION REQUESTED IS NECESSARY TO (1) SUBMIT A STATUTORILY-REQUIRED REPORT TO CONGRESS ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE VICTIMS OF CRIME ACT, (2) EFFICIENTLY MANAGE THE VICTIMS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, AND (3) ASSURE GRANTEES' COMPLIANCE WITH STATUTORY CRITERIA. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC CONSISTS OF UP TO 37 STATE AND TERRITORIAL CRIME VICTIM ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS.
