Abstract: THE NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING PROPOSES RULES WITH RESPECT TO ARBITRAGE EARNED ON NONPURPOSE OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT TO INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BONDS.
