THE EXPERIMENTAL SCREENING TECHNIQUES DEVELOPED EARLIER ON THE REDESIGN WILL BE COMBINED WITH AN IMPROVED INCIDENT FORM IN PREPARATIO FOR SUBMITTING A FULLY REDESIGNED SURVEY TO THE CENSUS BUREAU. THE ABOVE PROTOTYPE WILL BE TESTED AGAINST A VERSION OF THE NCS INCORPORATING NEAR-TERM CHANGES TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN JULY 1985.
