UPON RECEIPT OF THE COMPLETED QUESTIONNAIRE SELECTIONS ARE MADE ON THE BASIS OF THE INFORMATION SUPPLIED AND THE FINAL EXAMINATION SCORE RECEIVED ON THE SST COURSE.
