Abstract: APPLICATION PROVIDES INFORMATION FOR ISSUANCE OF PERMITS. THE PERMIT IS USED TO ENUMERATE THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS AND MONITOR LEVEL OF FISHING ACTIVITIES. AMENDMENT C ADDS KING CRAB TO THE ALASKA REGION'S PERMIT SYSTEM.
