Abstract: NEED: TO PROVIDE A MEANS OF EVALUATING CENSUS COVERAGE. USES: TO TEST THE TECHNIQUE OF TRACING AS A PROVIDER OF A SAMPLE TO MATCH TO A CENSU FOR MEASURING COVERAGE. AFFECTED PUBLIC: APPROXIMATELY 13,500 HOUSEHOLDS WHICH WILL BE SENT THE MAILBACK QUESTIONNAIRE OR 4,800 HOUSEHOLDS FOLLOWED UP BY PERSONAL INTERVIEW USING THE TRACE FORM.
