BUYERS TOBACCO ARE REQUIRED TO DEDUCT PRODUCER INDEBTEDNESS TO THE U.S FROM TOBACCO SOLD. WAREHOUSEMEN ARE REQUIRED TO WEIGHT FLOOR SWEEPING AND CERTIFY IN, ADDITION TO STAMPING "NO PRICE SUPPORT" ON SALE BILL AND BASKET TICKET.
