Abstract: THE DATA TO BE COLLECTED ARE ESSENTIAL TO THE STUDY OF EXPEDITED SERVI IN THE FOOD STAMP PROGRAM. THEY WILL BE USED TO ASSESS THE EFFECTIVENESS OF STATE AND LOCAL POLICIES AND PRACTICES REGARDING EXPEDITED SERVICE. THE RESPONDENTS WILL BE STATE FOOD STAMP OFFICIALS AND LOCAL FOOD STAMP OFFICE ADMINISTRATORS/SUPERVISORS AND ELIGIBILITY WORKERS.
