CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEMS REPRESENT A TREMENDOUS EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIO RESOURCE. RESULTS OF THIS PROJECT WILL PROVIDE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS WITH INFORMATION TO ENSURE MAXIMUM USE OF AVAILABLE COMMUNICATIONS RESOURCES IN TIME OF EMERGENCY.
