NUTRITIONISTS AND HEALTH AND FOOD SAFETY PROFESSIONALS REQUEST BETTER SURVEY MEASURES OF "USUAL" FOOD INTAKES AND INFREQUENTLY USED FOODS. IN THIS METHODOLOGY STUDY, 200 SELECTED ADULTS WILL TEST A PROMISING APPROACH FOR MEASURING FREQUENCY OF FOOD USE AND WILL PROVIDE REPLICAT DIETARY INTAKES (UP TO 12 DAYS IN 1 YEAR) FOR VALIDATION PURPOSES. RESULTS WILL SHOW APPLICABILITY OF FOOD FREQUENCY MEASURES IN FUTURE NUTRITIONAL ASSESSMENTS.
