Abstract: SBA IS REQUIRED BY PL 93-237 TO GIVE "SPECIAL CONSIDERATION" TO VETERANS. THIS STUDY IS DESIGNED TO DETERMINE THE ASPIRATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND NEEDS OF VIETNAM-EAR AND DISABLED VETERANS IN THE FIELD OF SMALL BUSINESS. THE RESULTS WILL BE USED TO GUIDE THE SBA IN THE DESIGN OF PROGRAMS AND SERVICES FOR THESE VETERANS.
