APPROVED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE FOLLOWING: REFERENCE PARAGRAPHS 3-22,4-4,7-15 AND 9-9C ARE NOT SUBJECT TO OMB APPROVAL UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF 5 CFR 1320.7(C) BECAUSE THEY DO NOT A AN IDENTICAL QUESTION OF 10 OR MORE ENTITIES. PARAGRAPH 5-10, THE SAMPLE AGREEMENT IS NOT SUBJECT BECAUSE IT ENTAILS NO BURDEN OTHER THAN THAT NECESSARY TO IDENTIFY THE RESPONDENT, THE DA DATE, THE RESPONDENT'S ADDRESS, AND THE NATURE OF THE INSTRUMENT. PARAGRAPHS 6-11 AND 9-9.B DO NOT REQUIRE SEPERATE APPROVAL BECAUSE THE BURDEN FOR THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE ESTIMATE OF BURDEN FOR OTHER APPROVED INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS. HUD SHALL REVIEW THE ESTIMATES OF BURDEN FOR THE HANDBOOK'S COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS AND CLEARLY INDICATE THE LEVEL OF BURDEN FOR EACH INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENT. THE RESULTS OF THE REVIEW SHOULD B PROVIDED TO OMB NO LATER THAN AUGUST 15, 1984. IN ADDITION, ANY SUBSEQUENT REQUEST FOR CLEARENCE SHOULD REORGANIZE THESE COLLECTIONS INTO SMALLER GROUPINGS OF SIMILAR INFORMATION COLLECTIONS DUE TO THE COMPLEXITY AND NUMBER OF INFORMATION COLLECTIONS CONTAINED IN THE HANDBOOK.
