INFORMATION UNDER 7 CFR PART 56 IS NEEDED FROM SHELL EGG PLANTS AND USERS OF SHELL EGGS WHEN APPLYING FOR SERVICE AND BENEFITS, NEEDED AND USED BY AGENCY TO ADMINISTER AND TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES OF THIS VOLUNTARY PROGRAM.
