REGULATIONS GOVERNING INSPECTION, CERTIFICATION AND STANDARDS FOR FRESH FRUITS, VEGETABLES AND OTHER PROUCTS ARE PROVIDED FOR UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE AGRICULTURAL MARKETING ACT OF 1946 FOR THE DETERMINATION AND CERTIFICATION AS TO THE GRADE, QUALITY AND/OR CONDITION OF FRESH FRUITS OR VEGETABLES AND RELATED PRODUCTS ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS.
