Abstract: THE CONTRACTOR WILL CONDUCT FOCUS GROUPS USING SMALL BUSINESSES TO DETERMINE TASKS AND TIME IN PREPARING TAX RETURNS, VOCABULARY USED IN DISCUSSING TAXPAYER BURDEN, LEVEL OF DETAIL AT WHICH TAXPAYERS ARE ABLE TO DISCUSS ACTIVITIES DONE IN PREPARATION OF TAX RETURNS, AND WILLINGNESS OF TAXPAYERS TO TALK ABOUT THE PROCESS OF PREPARING TAX RETURNS. THE FOCUS GROUP INFORMATION WILL BE USED IN CONNECTION WITH COMPLETE THIS STEP TO INTEGRATE DATA INTO THE BURDED BASELINE STUDY.
