Abstract: THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 16000 LENDERS WHO PARTICIPATE WITH SBA IN THE GUARANTY PROGRAM. MANY LENDERS WILL NOT REQUIRE A VISIT BY A LOAN SPECIALIST, WHILE OTHERS WILL REQUIRE SEVERAL VISITS. THE ESTIMATED HOURS INCLUDE THE VISIT TO LENDERS AS WELL AS THE COMPLETION OF THE FORM WHICH IS BY SBA LOAN OFFICERS AND NOT THE LENDER.
