Abstract: THE RULE ESTABLISHES STANDARD PROCEDURES FOR DETERMINING, CERTIFYING AND POSTING, BY MEANS OF A LABEL ON THE PUMP, THE OCTANE RATING OF AUTOMOTIVE GASOLINE FOR SALE TO CONSUMERS.
