Abstract: THIS PROJECT WILL TEST MANY OF THE PROGRAMMATIC AND SERVICE DELIVERY OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR THE NEEDS OF WORKERS DISLOCATED BY PLANT CLOSING AND MASS LAYOFFS. INFORMATION GATHERED WILL HELP STATES AND LOCALITIE PLAN MORE EFFECTIVE USE OF FUNDS AVAILABLE THROUGH TITLE III OF JTPA A HELP DEVELOP FUTURE POLICY INITIATIVES.
