BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIONS ARE ALSO REQUIRED BY E.O. 10477.5 U.S.C. 3301, 42 U.S.C 2165 AND OTHER STATUTES. STANDARD FORM 86 IS COMPLETED BY FEDERAL AND NON-FEDERAL PERSONNEL FOR EMPLOYMENT AND/OR SECURITY CLEARANCES. INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USED TO INITIATE THE REQUIRED BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION.
