REGULATIONS SECTION 5F.0 (TEMPORARY REGULATIONS UNDER THE TAX EQUITY AND FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY ACT OF 1982) PROVIDES GUIDANCE TO TAXPAYERS WITH RESPECT TO THE TIME AND MANNER OF MAKING CERTAIN ELECTIONS UNDER TEFRA.
