SHOULD SOME DATA CONTINUE TO BE SUBMITTED MANUALLY, THEN THAT DOCKET SHOULD BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY, AND SO NOTE ON A NEW SF-83. THIS IS NECESSARY TO AVOID DOUBLE-COUNTING IN THE AGENCY'S INFORMATION COLLECTION BUDGET. OMB INTENDS TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE BIS DURING THE INFORMATION COLLECTION BUDGET PROCESS, AS WE APPRECIATE ITS INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO ANIMAL HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT.
