Abstract: THE STANDARD REINSURANCE CONTRACT PROGRAM REINSURES AGAINST EXCESS AGGREGATE LOSSES RESULTING FROM RIOTS OR CIVIL DISORDERS TO ELIGIBLE INSURERS FOR THE CONTRACT YEAR (OCT. - SEPT.). THE OFFER AND THE CONTRACT ARE AUTHORIZED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE URBAN PROPERTY PROTECTION AND REINSURANCE ACT OF 1968, AS AMENDED.
