Abstract: THIS QUESTIONNAIRE IS NEEDED TO PROVIDE STATISTICS ON THE FREQUENCY AND CHARACTERISTICS OF UNREPORTED RESIDENTIAL FIRES IN THE U.S. IN ORDER TO EVALUATE THE ROLE PLAYED BY CONSUMER PRODUCTS. THE QUESTIONNAIRE WILL BE ADMINISTERED BY TELEPHONE TO A RANDOM PROBABILITY SAMPLE OF U.S. HOUSEHOLDS.
