Abstract: THE SBA FORM 707, "COMPLIANCE REPORT FORM" IS SENT ONCE DURING THE LIF OF THE LOAN TO EACH RECIPIENT WITH 15 BUT LESS THEN 100 EMPLOYEES. IT IS USED TO DETERMINE THE COMPLIANCE STATUS OF THE RECIPIENT AND TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE RECIPIENT IS IN NEED OF CIVIL RIGHTS TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO ACHIEVE VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE WITH THE AGENCY'S NONDISCRIMINATION REGULATIONS. INFORMATION IS USED FOR MANDATORY REPORTS AND BUDGETS.
