Abstract: THE RECORDS ARE ESSENTIAL TO MONITOR THE ACTIONS OF THE TREATMENT FACILITY. IF THE TREATED CATTLE ARE SOLD INTO A SCABIES-FREE HERD WHICH IN TURN INFECTS THIS HERD THE RESULT COULD BE THE CLOSING OF THE TREATMENT FACILITY IF THE TRACING ACTION PROVES IMPROPER TREATMENT.
