Abstract: THIS SURVEY SOLICITS SMALL BUSINESSES' VIEWS ON EXISTING PROBLEMS WITH AND NEEDED CHANGES TO FEDERAL SMALL PURCHASING PRACTICES. AMRED WITH THE RESULTING INFORMATION, AN INTERAGENCY TAKS GROUP WILL IDENTIFY AND PURSUE INITIATIVES MOST LIKELY TO "SIMPLIFY SMALL PURCHASES AND MINIMIZE PAPERWORK BURDENS IMPOSED ON THE PRIVATE SECTOR, PARTICULARLY SMALL BUSINESS," AS REQUIRED BY E.O. 12352.
