Abstract: PROVIDES DATA TO ESTIMATE MILK RECEIPTS, MILKFAT TESTS, PRICES AND PRODUCTION OF MANUFACTURED DAIRY PRODUCTS IN ALL STATES. NINETEEN STATES REQUIRE REPORTS OF MANUFACTUURED DAIRY PRODUCTS. ESTIMATES ARE USED BY USDA IN PRICE SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR MILK AND TO ASSESS SUPPLIES, PRICES AND TRENDS IN THE DAIRY INDUSTRY.
