Abstract: THE TAX EQUITY AND FISCAL REPONSIBLITY ACT OF 1982 (P.L. 97-248) IMPOSES A ONE-TIME FLOOR STOCKS TAX ON TAXPAID CIGARETTES HELD FOR DISTRIBUTION. THIS FORM IS INTENDED FOR THOSE PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT SUBMITTED AN ORIGINAL RETURN (ATF F 5200.18) AND REMITTANCE IF APPLICABLE, WHICH WAS DUE AND PAYABLE BY 2/17/83.
