Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEILLANCE PROGRAM IS TO GATHER DEMOGRAPHIC, CLINICAL, AND LABORATORY INFORMATON ABOUT PATIENTS FROM WHOM NONTUBERCULOUS MYCOBACTERIA HAVE BEEN ISOLATED. THESE DATA WILL BE USED TO BETTER DEFINE THE PREVALENCE AND DISTRIBUTION OF DISEASE. THI CLEARANCE REQUEST IS TO ENABLE A FULL TWO YEARS OF DATA IN THE "PILOT" RUN OF THE SYSTEM.
