THE PURPOSE OF THE QUESTIONNAIRE IS TO AID RESPONDENTS IN IDENTIFYING SIGNIFICANT MANUFACTURING INNOVATIONS AND FIRMS 1970-1982, OR TO IDENTIFY PEOPLE THAT CAN PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION.
