Abstract: SESAS ARE REQUIRED TO REPORT TO ETA ANY SURPLUS EQUIPMENT THEY HAVE OFFERED WITHOUT COST TO OTHER SESAS. THIS FORM IS COMPLETED BY THE SESA AND IS USED FOR SCREENING SURPLUS NON-EXPENDABLE SESAS. IT IMPROVES THE SCREENING PROCESS BY REDUCING TIME WHICH ELAPS IMPROVES THE SCREENING PROCESS BY REDUCING TIME WHICH ELAPSES FROM THE SESAS DETERMINATION THAT THE EQUIPMENT IS SURPLUS TO ITS DISPOSITION, AND BY STANDARDIZING THE INFORMATION.
