Abstract: EML SERVICE CONSISTS OF SPECIAL, TARGETED RETRIEVALS MADE ON THE AUTOMATED FOREIGN TRADERS INDEX ON BEHALF OF INDIVIDUAL REQUESTERS. THE PURPOSE OF THIS SERVICE IS TO PROVIDE U.S. FIRMS WITH LISTS OF FOREIGN ORGANIZATIONS FOR TRADE CONTACT PURPOSES. THE FORM IS NECESSARY FOR INTERESTED FIRMS TO STATE THEIR TARGET AUDIENCE REQUIREMENTS WHEN APPLYING FOR THE SERVICE.
