Abstract: PART OF THE 1982 CENSUS OF GOVERNMENTS. FORMS REQUEST DATA ON STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYMENT AND PAYROLLS (FOR ONE PAY PERIOD), EMPLOYER COSTS FOR SELECTED EMPLOYEE BENEFITS, AND LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS.
