Abstract: PURSUANT TO RULE 38 UNDER THE TEXTILE ACT, PRODUCERS OF TEXTILE FIBER PRODUCTS MAY ELECT TO FILE A GUARANTY WITH THE COMMISSION WHICH IMPROV MARKETABILITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS, IT REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL REVOKED. ALL SHIPMENTS ARE GUARANTIED TO BE PROPERLY BRANDED AND INVOICED AS REQUIRED BY THE TEXTILE ACT, BUYERS ARE ABSOLVED FROM LIABILITY WHEN GUARANTOR MISBRANDED OR INVOICED UNLAWFULLY.
