Abstract: THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO DEVELOP/IMPLEMENT AN INTERNATIONAL TRADE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM OF TRAINING AND COUNSELING BASED ON SMALL BUSINESS NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESSFUL EXPORTING. THE FORM WILL BE USE TO MEASURE THE ECONOMIC IMPACT OF SBA'S INTERNATIONAL TRADE PROGRAM ON SMALL BUSINESS AND TO ASCERTAIN NECESSARY BUDGET AND PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROGRAM IN ACCORDANCE WITH OMB PROCEDURES.
