SECOND PHASE PROVIDES END-OF- SEASON DISPOSITION WHICH COMBINED WITH RECORDED MOVEMENT IS USED TO REVISE TOTAL PRODUCTION. ESTIMATES USED BY ONION INDUSTRY IN MARKETING DECISIONS.
